Guild Mortgage supports equality and stands as one with our employees, partners and communities to reject racial injustice and discrimination. The tragic events of the past week remind us to honor equality in everything we do, every day, every time. As a company, we will continue to make this a priority among our employees and in the communities we serve.

We believe everyone can make a difference in these difficult times. Each of us is in a position to reach out to others to help, to treat others with different backgrounds or viewpoints with respect and understanding, to listen and be empathetic, and to donate our time or resources to those in need whenever possible.

I’ve been inspired and encouraged by how many of our people are finding ways to give back and support others who are suffering in our cities and communities.

Whatever the challenges, we can make choices to help and to improve the lives of others every day. As individuals, and as a company, everything we do matters.
